Your Ribbon Cutting or Grand Opening!
Have a new business or location? Having a grand opening? Remodeled and want to do a grand re-opening? Your chamber is here to help.
We will facilitate your event, invite strategic people, and even take photos! If you would like the HPH Chamber to work with you on your event, here’s what to expect.
- Provide you with a checklist for your event. (Click here to download the checklist.)
- Work with you to set the date and time of your event.
- Add your event to the online chamber calendar.
- Include your event in our emailed newsletter.
- Post your event on the chamber Facebook page.
- Provide our giant scissors and ribbon to cut.
- Attend the event, take photos, and give a congratulatory speech.
- Mail/email invitations to anyone you want to attend.
- Send out a press release.
- Provide refreshments and any special decor (like balloons, etc.)
- Provide an order of events so that the flow moves easily.
- Enjoy your celebration!
